    @wishwish55 I’ve made good gains for years on less. I’m sure I would have made better gains with more sleep. But the answer to your question is yes.

    @ksimmons4494 Fiber helps keep you regular. If you’re already dumping 4-5 times per day, then increasing fiber right now might not be the best move for you.

    How are most of workout routines full of junk volume?

    @godofreason Based on chatter the last few weeks, I thought anything less than 52 sets for a body part was damned near a waste of time.
