    @rowanda Weighing myself is so stressful. Even though I recognize that it isn't a true measure, I can't help but feel disappointed. I made a decision to weigh myself fairly infrequently and only log the drops. Idk why this feels better, but it somehow does. Almost sort of like anything higher...
