    @michaellin i definitely do not know too since i’m not a doctor. it really won’t hurt to get a checkup these days. goodluck op! the journey will be hard but definitely worth in the end.

    @michaellin i find it hard to believe that you’re not losing weight if you’re religiously doing what you said unless you have an underlying health condition. things that can help: good sleep count the oil that you use i think you’re overtraining. get a rest day or two cook your own meals

    @bluemax don’t overthink it. this is good if you’re struggling to be consistent but if you know how to handle your time, it doesn’t really matter
