    @ppat4u I am just happy that you can afford both haha! On a serious note. Orange Theory is maintenance program. If you want to lose weight and gain muscle you need to lift heavy weights, which you do in crossfit. Improve your diet and do more crossfit. You will see results in a few months!

    @lakic Don’t forget there are a bunch of high performing people in other sports too!
