    @mathewhayden I just completed 75 hard and I will say…if your only goal is weight loss I don’t recommend 75. But if you have other reasons like building healthy habits I think it’s a good idea.

    @godwrestler I would find a new box. Why keep paying money to a place that makes you feel unwelcome? My gym is not like this at all. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.

    C section and CrossFit

    @flowful I had a c-section last May, and returned to working out after my OB cleared me around 6 weeks. I first started with just walking the treadmill or riding the bike. After a few weeks I returned to class, but I heavily modified weights. I didn’t do anything ab related until about 12 weeks...
