    @kirankumar I wish we had the Silk Ultra soy milk here in Canada. I'd be ALL over that!! I've heard it's really good, so that's a bonus.

    @vman8r Here's a list of some of my favorite vegan foods that have decent protein levels: tofu tempeh soy milk legumes (I have a sensitive GI tract so I stick to edamame and butter beans - see what works for you) pulses (stuff like lentils) peas and chickpeas quinoa chia seeds hemp hearts...
