    How to improve my cardio?

    @kara1991 Zone 2 on the days you don’t do CrossFit for best results. At least 45 minutes as many of those other days as you can.

    What have you done to significantly improve your conditioning

    @janitrol Not sure where you live but trail running is a great option too. Keeps my pace down so I’m building my aerobic base and much more enjoyable scenery IMO.
