    @legendforlife When I dropped from 140 to 130, I was only doing 3x/week weight lifting and maybe 1-2x/week cardio. I don't think you need to up your exercise to up your cals unless you are going for really aggressive weight loss! Personally I've always found slow and steady tends to stay off...

    @coffeegeek I'm sorry, but I just have to point out that this is some serious "bro science." From a biological perspective, the only way you are going to lose weight is calories in < calories out. That's it. If you are staying at a lower weight, it's because you are eating fewer calories...
