    @godisworking101 Lift heavier and take 30-45 seconds between sets. You shouldn’t survive more than 90 minutes if you’re working out effectively

    @countrypastor I posted before reading this and arbitrarily put 90 minutes as well. Just been my experience whether it be training alone, with a partner or as a class.
