    @markmirza Good to know... got any source reading on that? Intuitively, it does make some sense to me... just like if you want to stay properly hydrated, you don't just chug a gallon of water once per day, you spread it out. Edit: Found a good article on the subject here...

    @ramy6et I weigh 235, so I'm supposed to eat like 170G of protein. I don't track my macros that carefully, but that's a lot of protein, and I hardly ever get there without multiple protein shakes.     Meati - worth it?

    @stugray Yeah, I've had the steak before and it's great. Looks like its gonna be terrible, but tastes great. Especially with some horseradish.
