    Morning workouts - prep, routine and everything else

    @charlieparker For AM workouts, I wake up at 5am to fit in a 40-60min workout, shower, and usual pre-work routine before leaving the house at 7:30am. That does leave a pretty comfortable margin and i could probably eke out an extra 20 minutes of sleep by hustling a little more and doing more...
