    @crosslogos7118 I have this same problem, but opposite! I gain weight at the top first and look like the Tasmanian devil. Then I realized building muscle in my legs helps :)

    @dandini I think you’re missing the point. This suggestion to the OP is coming from a trainer who is helping build muscle. 119 from depression and 119 from working out are two completely different things that look completely different.

    @marjo Not really. When I’m in healthy mode I range from 120 to 125 and I’m 5’6.

    @wedemars Yes! I feel best at a cool 130 but my goal was 120
