    @gwrichardson Fully natty: - 2-3 double espressos, 8 grams of citrulline malate, 6 grams of beta alanine, half a tsb of salt. Drink OJ during the workout. Still natty but will get some downvotes: - same thing but sub 5mg of tadalafil (cialis) for the citrulline
