    @noelp2015 If you can't do pull ups, try for push-ups instead and keep climbing. Your climbing should help your back develop to be strong enough to do pull ups eventually! You also could go for assisted pull-ups although I have no idea how you do assisted pull ups.

    @noelp2015 With your indoor climbing is that bouldering? As I boulder and the muscle gains have been good, especially if your climbing gym is well equipped with a pull up bar and campus boards.
