    @overcoming1 Honestly, it works for me. I jog about 2 miles to the gym and back a few days a week, so It really helps me keep my energy level up over the course of the ~2.5-3 hour workout.

    @overcoming1 Have you ever tried 16 Oz of black coffee mixed with 1, 30g scoop of whey protein. and 1, 5g scoop of collagen powder? The stuff tastes horrendous lol. But It sure does pump me up before working out.
