    @mamajaiy The problem I think is that you only hit chest for 6-10 sets every week, and it sounds like you’ve done the same 3 exercises for chest since you began working out. If I were you I would ditch the exclusively arms day workout in favor of two days a week where you hit chest, shoulders...
