    @charlieparker I only schedule cardio for mornings so that's my context, I lift on evenings, & on the days where I know I'll be exercising in the morning I change my routine. I start remote work at 9.30am, so I get up at 7.45am which is 15 minutes earlier than I usually get up for morning...
