    @paparazi257 What do you think is the best means of progression? I have been using RIR with the target moving to a lower RIR every two weeks and I don’t see many people train like that.

    @manuelbeaty A good way to get your motivation back is to specialize. Do some weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, or even body building.
