    How do you reconcile the "we don't need that much protein!" attitude of veg*n communities with the "ALL THE PROTEIN!" attitude of fitness communities?

    @christopherv I think the proof is in the pudding! I am currently able to progress in my fitness goals, feel like I recover relatively quickly, have plenty of energy, and my doctor says my blood work looks good. As long as that stays true for you, who cares what people on the internet are saying...
