    Also try the swoop method when putting on your bra! It helps keep all the tissue where it started!

    @believerz I think this has a lot to do with skin elasticity and proper fitting bras. High impact exercise without proper foundation garments can damage breast tissue and they can appear more "pendulum like." Or at least that's what the fancy bra fitter lady told me.
