    @mendicant Have you tried doing a pull up recently? I was doing negatives consistently twice a week, thinking I was getting marginally better at them, when I just decided one day to attempt a pull up, and was able to do it easily. You might already be there!

    @iowaboy47 I would suggest pulling up a stool and doing negatives! I started doing negatives twice a week on upper body days and after a few months was able to bang out a pull up, unassisted. I was doing 3-4 sets of 5 negatives, trying to lower myself over 5 seconds each time. It's a few...
