    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @stephny 5’0 and I’m 136. Goal is 125. I do 3 days weightlifting 2 days lagree and I want to add in 8000-10000 steps a day. I’m also doing one meal per day.
