    @andy1993 I’m 3 years in. I started squats & bench press with just the bar. Dumbbells for arms were 5lbs. Lat-pulldowns were 25lbs. At 1 year: 75lb squats, 20lb bench, 10lb curls & triceps, 50lb Lat-Pulldowns. At 2 years: 125lb squats, 30lb bench, 20lb curls & triceps, 70lb Lat-Pulldowns...
