@sekharjones i went from 40 kg to 47 in 1.5 months and here’s what I eat:
ON mass gainer (2 scoops a day)
creatine
3 meals a day (2 cups rice each meal w/ 30g protein)
1 protein bar (10g protein)
1 vitamilk double choco (9g protein)
i didn’t mind much about dirty bulking since i hopelessly...
