    @albatro55 i remember being skinny years years ago and one exercise did it for me.. I just did push ups every morning and night. I started off doing 20x5 reps twice daily and then progressed to 30x10 and eventually i was doing 1000 push-ups twice daily. It took less than 2 months for the gains...
