    @williamw So we are in a strength cycle at the moment, we focus on our lifts and technique, but every now and then they will throw a half murph or something that has 80 runs in it and these catch me out, I’m gassed by the time I’m done with the running.

    5… or 6 days a week?

    @williamw I do 3 days a week, Mon, wed, Fri and tues and thurs I do cardio like running or whatever as its my weak point.
