    Is my pull day too much volume?

    @jonathanef People are gonna heavily disagree with me, but I don’t think it’s too much at all. When I hit back, I do 26 total sets, same with chest too. Sets vary between sets of 2 - 4 reps, 6 - 8 reps, and even 10 - 15 reps. And my back and chest are easily my best muscle groups. Super high...
