    @petemar Heavy - 4-5 reps on the compound movements. Light- 8-15. Normally I do 15+ reps when I go light with minimal rest time (1 min or even down to 20 secs) but during this cut I hadn’t got the energy!! For accessories I’d just do 8-15. I copy a lot of Alpha Destiny workouts! And soy protein...
