    @thankfulone If you only have 3 consecutive days you could do a Push Pull Legs once a week or an Upper/Lower split where week 1 you do ULU and week 2 you do LUL, I definitely wouldn't recommend doing 3 days of full body in a row, but you could do 2 full body workouts with a day off between where...

    @abugah I'm lucky enough to live in a town where it's quite possible to live without a car, saves me a ton of money and keeps me fit too.

    @abugah I walk that distance evert single day, on workout days, rest days etc.

    @whiteknightnews As a general rule when exercising, the maximum heart rate would be 220 - your age which would be 190. As long as your heart rate returns to a normal rate after exercising then I don't think you have anything to worry about.
