    @tara74 😂 my parents love their plants more then they love me, they all have to come inside before it gets to cold where I live. As for abs I mainly stick to these two routines, I like to switch between them here and there to keep things interesting.

    @joseph2013 I watched a ton of YouTube videos from many different calisthenics athletes and also used the free portion of the Heria pro app. Chris Heria and Daniel Vadnal are where I draw most of my inspiration from.

    @ukuladypdx There are 5 chest focused exercises, 6 if you want to include straight bar dips. The rest are tricep focused. Also not everyone needs to chose 10 as their rep goal. I’m always open to suggestions, do you have any?

    @livanneluv I stick to these two work outs for abs. I’ll stick to one video for at least a week or two and switch to the other just so things don’t get boring.

    @somewhereweakness Each workout usually takes around 1 hour and 40 minutes to 2 hours. However if I didn’t practice the hand stand it would probably take me an average of 1 1/2 hours.
