@dawn16 It was AMAZING. One of the best experiences of my life. I had a friend, also in Figure, who helped me with posing and answered every question I had. Every competitor there was SO nice. Everyone was helping and complimenting each other back stage. This is why i LOVE bodybuilding. It's...

F/29 1.5 year transformation. Fluffy mom of two to Figure competitor

@dawn16 Thank you!! Unfortunately I think a lot of it is genetics. I do have a bit of lose skin that you can't really tell unless I bend over or purposely try to show. Once I gain more abdominal/oblique muscle I hope that'll help fill it out a bit. Also I didn't gain huge amounts of weight...

@jubileelee It's difficult. I'm not always on point with my meal prep. But I try to make a lot of food in the crock pot or make double batches and freeze. I get my kids involved with grocery shopping and cooking so they know what a balanced diet is. They usually eat what I eat (except my son who...

@inchristforever Haha thank you!! My kids go to the gym every day with me and help me grocery shop and cook. I hope to instill a healthy lifestyle into them so they have the knowledge I ever did. Thanks for reading 😌

@dawn16 Congrats on your little pumpkin! My biggest advice is let yourself heal. I was back in the gym by 4 weeks PP w doc approval but super light weight and took it easy. It takes about 12 months for your body to completely heal. But I'm living proof it can be done!! I'm no special...

@dawn16 I'm not posing in the mirror pic, just standing up straight. I have a suuuuper long torso. Like, ridiculous. And short legs.

Pictures Mildly NSFW! Underwear. Per request here are a few more pics of my torso without posing/flexing. These are from last week: 145lbs-->113lbs (on show day)-->120ish lbs today. I am 5'4". I have been weight lifting since fall 2012 after my daughter was born. I instantly fell in love...

    Let's talk macros...

@pjfl When I got back into training it wasn't until week 4-5 I noticed changes. Subtle at first. Keep it up lady! 💪🏼

    Let's talk macros...

@pjfl Have you measured yourself? Sometimes weight may stay the same but you lose inches. Also, remember it is a process. You won't see huge progress in a month. Give it some time and trust the process :)

    Let's talk macros...

@pjfl Every single body is different. How long have you been on this diet? You don't have much to lose, so loss will be slow. .5-2lbs a week is recommended for sustainable fat loss. You could maybe up your fat slightly and decrease carbs slightly. Also, I found eating most my carbs around my...
