    Homemade pre workout mix

@gwrichardson Let’s be honest: Supplement with 200 mg of coffeine 20 mins before you train and you will have 97 % of the desired effects. Better than a complicated pre workout is in my opinion 10-20 g of EAA and 20-30 g of maltodextrine during your workout. It gives me and my wife noticeably...

Lower/Upper/Lower for 3 days in a row, and then rest 1, and Upper again, and rest 2. Is it okay?

@sammierose18 rn, I‘m training upper on friday, lower on saturday, shoulder/bicep/tricep on sunday and full body on tuesday or wednesday. Will see if that‘s a good idea in the long run 😁👍🏻

Drawing up a 3 day full body routine for myself, would appreciate suggestions

@amymine712 Try 15 g of EAA and 30-50 g of maltodextrine intra workout (John Meadows recommends 6 g of aminos and 20-30 g of carbs). It works wonders. I usually train in the evening and therefore I can’t rely on coffeine that much but boy, if I train without my intra shake, the sessions feel...

Drawing up a 3 day full body routine for myself, would appreciate suggestions

@godisworking101 I do full body 3x a week with 34, 34 and 35 daily sets. Mostly compounds with 3 sets for biceps, triceps, calves, abs, middle and rear delts each. Every session takes approximately 2 hours at most. My intra shake is 15 g EAAs and 30 g maltodextrine. I‘m in my tenth week and it...

How to sleep for 8 hours?

@trichakra Try 300 mg of magnesium bisglycinate and 1000 mg of ashwaghanda before sleep. It really helps me to sleep well. Melatonin has a negative effect on my sleep. I always wake up in the middle of the night after taking it, no matter how much it was. The one big meal could be a problem...

Who actually did a cut with „only“ 1,8 g/kg of protein?

Who actually did a cut with „only“ 1,8 g/kg of protein?

From one side of the fitness world (Helms, Israetel) you hear that you need >2,3 g/kg of protein in a cut. Then there is the other side which preaches that 1,8 or even 1,6 g/kg is enough (Henselmans, Nippard). Since there will be much more carbs and fats to eat, I’d like to try 1,8 g/kg out...
