    @eil Although 3RIR is not quite all out, it still is fatiguing enough that even fresh I highly doubt you could do three sets in a row at 3RIR of a compound movement. After one or two sets of three RIR, you are going to be too fatigued to hit the same number or reps in the third (or even second)...
