    @pilgrimwb BWF - is bodyweightfitness RR - recommended routine (check it out under routines in the subreddit tab) if you're brand new to working out I'd say start with the primer but if you're already fit hop into the RR. Also check out the rr on youtube. Lots of walkthrough's there...
