    @jesusboosted that’s correct. 10 years of body building but then i got out of shape. would workout for 3-6 months, then injure my back, then try to heal and then go back to square one

    @breezee Right on man. Q1 2021 routine is all I got for now. I’ll probably start on alternate grips so I can maybe get a controlled muscle up one day. Looking for any and all gear and new progression recos

    @hippyhappo eat clean mate. cut out as much processed food as you can. Don't kill yourself over macros. Sustainability is key
