    @azfara In my opinion, I'd go on a proven bodybuilding program vs something you made yourself. And stick with it for 4-6 months, and progressively getting stronger on the lifts. The Boost Camp app has a ton of free programs.

    Arms lagging (?), 5'9 and 165lbs

    @mohitraletta This program pretty much has arms as an after thought.. If you want your arms to grow, you'll want to run a program that trains arms first, for at at least 1 or 2 of the days.
