    @thisisme123 No. You can do HIIT with anything in a weight room. Circuit training is a great example of HIIT. Pick 3-5 movements and do something like an EMOM.

    @thisisme123 Then I would strength train 3-4 times a week with a 10-minute HIIT finisher & fast-paced walks 20-30 minutes daily. Make sure nutrition is dialed in. Skip the treadmill.
