    What’s your optimal workout time(s) and what time do you actually do it?

    @hungry_hungry_hippo I like working out in the evenings! It's a great way for me to unwind and relieve some work stress, so I usually aim to start an hour long workout between 5:30-7pm. (And then switch to morning runs in the summer!) Weekends are far more flexible depending on my plans...
