    @dontdosadness Done but I am definitely pushing too hard, I had to bail about 3/4 of the way through the final push-up set. I think tomorrow will be easier only having to do 2x11.

    @dontdosadness Completed after taking yesterday off..pushups are still killing me but according to the GoPro I'm doing them right, as far as I can tell so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @dontdosadness Completed although I had to pause during the second push-up set again. Going to try and practice the breathing part for deadbugs tonight so I can make sure I get I right tomorrow.

    @dontdosadness Done....push-ups might have been ever-so-slightly easier today (still broken into 3x8).

    @dontdosadness Done today after having to miss yesterday due to work; the dead bugs were suspiciously easy, which makes me think either my legs are extra-light or I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow. Solved the push-up conundrum by breaking it into 3x8 instead of 2x12, still really tough though.

    @dontdosadness Definitely easier today, although push-ups still still hardest by far. At least I have some bands now that I can use for better rows.
