    @legendforlife So much! I know calories are calories, but why have dieters always said, for years, that celery has negative calories: it's because it has negative net calories. Raw veggies, that aren't sugary like carrots are sugary, are like the one thing we can stuff our faces with.

    @legendforlife I think its legit to "cheat" on MFP by not counting raw fruits and veggies toward your total. There's nothing worse than the lettuce in your salad running ~80 calories. I hate it; I think it discourages veggie consumption in a way that Weight Watchers is smart not to do. I think...

    @keito Basic lifting is what helped me the most! (Its important to focus on the larger muscle groups; biceps and triceps are good too, but there's nothing like the leg press, squats, and abs).     @jsmithcavs Yep, there are articles about spin instructors noticing hearing loss. I'm probably getting downvoted because if what I said doesn't sound falsely solicitous, it sounds judgmental. I didn't know how to make that point sound any nicer.

    @foley33 Yep, my only advice for OP was to maybe get a prescription from her doctor and or to go to be earlier, closer to after dinner.
