    @professorphrink Damn, you had some great gains. I’ve gained a similar amount of weight but don’t look that much different. I’m taller tho so I wonder if that’s the reason. Congrats on the transformation!

    @kebo Ive been enjoying this progression the most. Feels like you’re tackling a PR every set. I don’t know about the RIR2 tho. Could explain why I’m so mentally drained by the end of the workout.

    Need help with upper lower split

    @edgar77 Maybe use an app like Boostcamp that has various programs you can explore. Main thing is to stick to a program for a couple months so you can track progress. I like Boostcamp but there’s various fitness apps you can use
