    I started working seriously 7-8 months ago, I feel weak if I dont eat like every 3-4 hours or so

    @enochnaki Yes! The body needs regular fuel, most of the time! I worked with a dietitian to recover from an ED, and we learned it's normal for the body to want to eat about every 2 to 3 hours! Be gentle with yourself and keep easy munchies around, like a handful of nuts or dried fruits, baggies...
