    @bart23 Thanks! I do try this when I remember. Walking from the glutes makes it feel like I have an extra push from my tush. Like a rocket pack behind me, lol.

    @visibility Hell yeah I should try to incorporate this into my morning. My room gets like no sunlight so I'm slow to get started each day. My legs are the most undeveloped part of me so hopefully I can build my legs too.. especially my flat booty.

    @richardparker Oooh I could get into this. I decided not to go to cafes at all during this to help social distancing... but one morning I went to TWO and had a jolly walk around until I had to pee like hell and all the bathrooms were closed.
