    @davidcrb Yeah, I'd estimate you at 18-20% as well, just from the picture. There's no real accurate way to measure bf%, but eyeballing it is decent enough.

    @davidcrb Everyone has pretty much covered training so let me give you some diet advice. In 16 weeks you lost 30+ pounds which means your deficit is about 1k calories per week. Up your calories by 500, when you get to 15%bf, 1k calories will make you start to lose muscle as well.

    @sausagedog23 In this case its your grip crush strength, which is correlated with the cross-sectional area of your forearm muscles (also scales n2)

    @roytheone Lots of bodybuilders compete at 7%. You think you're 3 weeks out of a show at 9%? Here are some hints you are at least above 12%: • No shoulder striations • can't see any serratus muscles • can't even see abs during pull-up? I would add no quad striations but I have no idea if you...

    @roytheone If you need to flex to see abs you are above 15% unless very skinny.
