    What do you prioritize when you don’t have much time?

    @sports That's my ritual, and it works well. Casein protein is arguably a waste of money, as it's largely rehydrating dehydrated milk (granting the milk sugars, fat, and whey protein, so a messy argument), but I've been willing to pay the price for it given how well I sleep when I drink it...

    @joshteo My two cents are that a week of active recovery should renew you. 60% of prior intensity, enjoying the movements.

    Bicep tendon pain

    @jbreyes777 I dealt with serious bicep tendinitis on and off for several years in my forties, and had to cut out straight-bar curls and a few other exercises because I was just getting hammered with recurring pain. Since I started using Versa Gripps when going heavy on potential troublemaker...

    @jbreyes777 Judicious use of Versa Gripps has helped a LOT with this issue for me, along with close focus on keeping wrists aligned with forearm.
