    Is doing 30 min cardio 3-4 times a week enough to see improvements?

    @ladyinjury1818 Don’t neglect strength and balance training training too! I focus mostly on strength and I am terrible at consistently doing cardio in the summer. I just got back from a hiking trip in Colorado and there were many hikes where I was glad to have strong legs.

    How do you pump yourself up to go hard?

    @allthingsarebecomenew Next question- how much flexibility do you have over your schedule? Could you start and end work earlier? Giving you time to do a workout and chores after work before beginning your evening wind down?

    How do you pump yourself up to go hard?

    @allthingsarebecomenew Can you do the majority of your chores in the morning? That seems to be the biggest issue. I can’t even imagine how poor my workouts would be if I did them pre-work.
