    Low-Impact exercises that aren't boring AF?

    @ejc420 I broke my foot last fall and turned to swimming to keep myself active. You can switch up the strokes, change pace, etc. I spent a lot of time treading water in “pyramid sets” instead of just swimming the lanes as well.

    @melissa75 Seconding the recommendation for Down Dog, but I think overall you just need to make it a point to stretch after every lifting session. Use a band or bar to expand the shoulders and lift the chest, touch your toes, sit into a comfy squat, etc. The consistency may help more than a...
