    @mamared1 In one month I’d probably try to do a hard shred at like 500-700 cal deficit high protein diet while trying to do some strength training to retain some muscle mass

    Increased my sleep from 0-6 to 6-8 hours and it did not make any difference at the gym

    @dearlyloved Your brain will be shot by the time you’re 60 if you only sleep 3-4 hours a night. Sleep is so essential for your brains health you need to make it a priority.
