    @joshteo I had to double back and make sure I read it right. Bro, 4 times a day is gratuitous. You’re not training right if you are able to workout 4 times a day unless they’re short ass workouts. Do you have rest days? You’re not going to make any gains if you’re overtaxing your entire body...
