    @treco Very disciplined, the results speak for themselves. Since you did this for 5 or so months, which is a pretty long period, you must have had cravings, social events etc. How did you deal with those? Did you have any cheat meals?

    @treco This is amazing and you look great! Thanks for sharing your progress, it's unbelievable how linear your weight loss chart is. How did you manage with just 2 meals every day? I personally can't think of skipping dinner that would make it hard to sleep. And you did this with a kid? Amazing!
